About the Author
I have been a photographer since the age of eight when I used to ask my dad to “let me press the button”. I got my first camera at the age of 14 when I talked my mom into buying two cases of paper towels so I could send in package labels for a “free” Kodak Hawkeye R4 Instamatic.
With two jobs and little free time my photography is still in the amateur class even though I am occasionally paid for my work. Nevertheless there is an artist in me struggling to get out and I am at an age where I want to let that side of me out to play. I am really drawn to Daguerreotypes and have decided to devote time to mastering the craft. As long as you don’t mind slow progress, check out this site from time to time to see how I am doing.
